Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role located in Ann Arbor, MI. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. The role also involves providing companionship, administering medications as directed, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, including assisting with daily living activities and mobility support
- Skills in personal care, hygiene support, and meal preparation
- Ability to provide emotional support and establish meaningful connections with individuals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with families and healthcare professionals
- Basic first aid and CPR certifications (preferred)
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or a related field is a plus
