What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and salon communications.
- Answer phones, texts, and emails with outstanding customer service.
- Check guests in and out while handling payments accurately.
- Recommend retail products and salon services.
- Keep the front desk organized and the salon running smoothly.
- Support our stylists and help create an exceptional guest experience every day.

- Has previous receptionist, salon, spa, or customer service experience.
- Provides exceptional customer service and enjoys building relationships.
