Located in a charming historic Victorian home in Excelsior, Bella on the Bay has been a trusted destination for beauty and wellness since 2006. Our salon features a boutique 6-chair salon space alongside a full-service spa, creating a warm, elevated environment for both guests and team members.
We’re currently looking for full-time or part-time Advanced Practice Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, wellness, continued education, and delivering exceptional service.
Position Responsibilities
- Create customized, results-driven experiences for guests while providing exceptional customer care
- Perform Elevated Facials and Advanced Facial Massage treatments
- Experience with Body Waxing including Brazilian Waxing
- Provide Brow and Lash Tinting, Lash Lifts, and Brow Lamination services
- Experience with Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and Dermaplaning
- Perform Classic and Volume Lash Extensions
- Educate guests on skincare treatments, homecare, and professional product recommendations
- Maintain strong communication with guests and team members
- Stay current on esthetic trends, techniques, and wellness practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn Bella’s systems, service standards, and guest experience approach
Requirements
- Current Minnesota Advanced Practice Esthetics License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Passion for continued growth and learning within the beauty industry
