Bella Junk Removal is a locally owned junk removal company serving Camp Verde and the Verde Valley. We run a Ford F-550 dump truck and a 14-foot dump trailer. We're hiring a driver who can operate both.
This is a hands-on field role. You will drive to job sites, work alongside the crew to lift and load furniture, appliances, and general junk, and interact directly with customers. If you are looking for a desk job or a light-duty position, this is not it.
What You'll Do
- Drive our Ford F-550 dump truck and tow a 14-foot dump trailer to job sites throughout the Verde Valley
- Lift, carry, and load heavy items including furniture, appliances, and construction debris
- Work as part of a small, close-knit crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Interact professionally with customers at their homes and properties
- Keep job sites clean and loads properly secured before leaving
What We Require
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — this is non-negotiable
- Must be insurable under our commercial auto policy
- Experience driving a full-size truck and towing a trailer
- Ability to handle sustained physical labor in outdoor conditions, including heat
- Must live in Camp Verde, Rimrock, or immediately surrounding areas — we dispatch on short notice and need someone close
- Flexible, reliable schedule with availability most days of the week
- Professional attitude around customers and crew
What We Don't Want
If your record is not clean, do not apply. We run MVR checks on all driver candidates.
Pay
- $18–$20 per hour to start
- $20 per hour once you are cleared as a driver and added to our insurance — typically a few weeks into training
- Tips are common on this job and can be significant. Customers tip frequently, and when you factor tips in, total effective pay regularly reaches $25–$30 per hour for a solid crew member
- This is real additional income, not an occasional dollar here and there
Hours
20–40 hours per week depending on job volume. Hours are not always predictable — some weeks are heavier than others. This works best for someone with a flexible schedule who wants consistent work with room to grow. As the business grows, so does the opportunity.
