- Assist with appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-up communications using advanced computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Support medical office operations by understanding and utilizing medical terminology accurately
- Coordinate office supplies, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff in multiple languages as needed
- Perform analysis of administrative processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing outstanding customer service at all times
Experience
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with office management software and data entry systems
- Bilingual abilities in English and at least one additional language are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
- Knowledge of medical terminology enhances efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks
