Property Maintenance Technician / Skilled Handyman — Independent Contractor
Bella Enterprises 111 LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced technician for rental-property repairs throughout Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties.
This is a W-9 independent contractor opportunity with pay by the job. A steady volume of assignments is available for the right person.
Work includes:
- Drywall repair, finishing, texture matching, and painting
- Tile repairs and installation
- Doors, trim, baseboards, fences, and general property maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on repair experience, especially drywall and tile
- Own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete accepted jobs personally—no subcontracting
- Professional, respectful communication with residents
- Dependability and timely arrival for accepted appointments
- Clear before, during, and after photos of every job
- Careful handling of materials, rental equipment, and residents’ property
- Clean job sites and quality work that passes property management’s inspection
How assignments work:
I handle estimates and scheduling. You receive the job details, photos, scope, appointment time, and labor pay amount to review before accepting. Once accepted, you are expected to keep the appointment and complete the scope. Communicate delays or problems promptly, and discuss scope or pay concerns directly with Dana.
Some assignments include picking up materials or rental equipment and returning equipment as arranged.
Pay is for labor only; Bella Enterprises purchases approved supplies. Payment is every Friday for completed, approved jobs with all required photos submitted.
