Job Overview
We are seeking a positive, energetic, and results-driven Wedding Sales Consultant to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales, and loves being part of a couple’s journey toward their special day.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays only, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
As a Wedding Sales Consultant, you will lead venue tours for engaged couples, showcase the unique features of our venue, and help turn their wedding vision into reality. You will play an important role in creating a memorable first impression, building strong client relationships, and securing wedding bookings. Commission is earned for each wedding sale, offering an exciting opportunity to turn your sales skills into results.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the Venue: Complete training and develop a thorough understanding of the venue, wedding packages, policies, and booking procedures.
- Lead Engaging Venue Tours: Welcome couples, provide professional and enthusiastic tours, and highlight the features and amenities that make our venue the perfect setting for their wedding.
- Drive Sales and Close Deals: Build rapport with prospective clients, answer questions, address concerns, and confidently guide couples through the booking process.
- Support the Sales Team: Conduct venue tours and assist prospective clients when other members of the sales team are unavailable.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every couple while helping them envision their special day at our venue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous sales experience or experience working in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proven ability to sell products or services, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet sales goals and earn commission.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping couples plan their weddings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage appointments and multiple priorities efficiently.
- A professional, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the existing sales team.
