Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and standards
- Operate our TRAILER equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety by adhering to sanitizing procedures and food handling protocols
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or enhancements based on customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies
- Ensure all food production meets quality standards and recipe adherence for consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, especially in pizza or similar culinary settings ( if no experience, training will be available
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely, and keeping everything organized
- Experience with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures, ( if obtained food handlers license its a bonus!)
- Background in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering experience preferred
- Be able to drive to events in different locations
- If able to drive trailer, it is a plus for the business and extra $$
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume production periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent food handling skills with a focus on safety and hygiene standards
