Camarillo small boutique hotel is seeking a friendly part time Front Desk Guest Services Associate. MUST be available NIGHTS and WEEKENDS.

Qualifications:
- Hotel Front Desk, sales or customer service experience preferred
- Self starter and a Team Player
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Must have sound judgment and good work ethics
- Must be able to work under pressure and be able to multitask
- Speak clearly and listen carefully
- Must have reliable transportation
- Preferably lives within 10 miles of the hotel to cover the night calls
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
- Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily Opening and Closing duties
- Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner to achieve "True Hospitality" experience for our guests
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Answering phone calls and book reservations according to the hotel procedure
- Knowledge of all on-line reservation portals
- Display good organization and time management skills
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area
- Complete project assignments on time
