Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate role based in Huntington, NY. The Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate will greet clients, manage appointments, and guide wedding parties through the dress selection process with attentive, personalized service. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one styling consultations, taking measurements, placing and tracking orders, and providing clear communication about timelines and alterations. The role also involves supporting retail sales activities such as merchandising, maintaining an organized and inviting showroom, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory management. The Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, uphold store standards, and ensure each client has an enjoyable, stress-free experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive, welcoming, and supportive experience for all clients.
- Retail sales and sales abilities, including consultative selling, closing skills, and comfort working toward sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional email and phone etiquette.
- Interest in and aptitude for styling, color coordination, and helping clients choose flattering silhouettes and cohesive looks.
