Bell Tower Residence is a warm and welcoming 90-bed assisted-living community. Our Life Enrichment team plays a vital role in making each day joyful and meaningful for our residents and we are seeking an enthusiastic compassionate Activity Assistant to join us!
Job Responsibilities
Lead fun, engaging activities with our residents
Help residents to participate in games, crafts, music and outings
Visit with residents and build meaningful connections
Assist residents with other needs as they arise
Keep track of resident participation through documentation
Be a cheerful and reliable representative of Bell Tower Residence

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education or Experience
At least 16 years of age
Exhibit a patient, friendly, respectful demeanor
Prior experience working with those who have memory loss is helpful
Prior experience Assisting senior citizens in activities or caregiving is strongly preferred
