What You Will Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed
- Support day-to-day IT operations and user needs
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
