Experience with at least some of the following is ideal: plumbing, shipping, receiving, warehouse duties, and a team-first attitude.This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours and potential full-time consideration based on performance and reliability.ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and identify their needs at the counter and by phoneExplain products and services to customersMonitor inventory to ensure product is in stockEnter and process customer orders at the counter and via phone callsWork with customers to schedule orders and pickupsInvestigate and help resolve customer issuesProvide friendly, professional service while taking customer sales ordersLoad and unload products for customer pickup and receivingMaintain an organized counter and warehouse areaVery occasional light driving may be requiredForklift experience is a plus; willingness to learn is requiredQualificationsExperience working in a plumbing supply house is highly preferablePlumbing or trade experience is a plusPrevious experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldsStrong attendance and punctuality are essentialAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport with customersClear verbal and written communication skillsValid PA driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to handle physical workload and lift up to 70 lbsHigh School Diploma or GEDSchedulePart-time, fixed weekday schedule (2–4 days per week)Shifts scheduled within normal business hours:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMNo nights or weekendsAdditional hours may be offered based on performance and reliabilityCompensationCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceEmployee discountOpportunity for additional hours and advancement for the right candidateCompany DescriptionWe are a Wholesale Distributor of plumbing, kitchens, and heating equipment.
