Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in East Rochester, NY. The Project Manager will oversee daily project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, inspecting project progress, and expediting resources and materials. The role also involves addressing client needs and maintaining effective communication across all phases of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing project progress
- Hands-on skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Knowledge in Expeditor roles and the ability to streamline operations
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems is an advantage
