We’re looking for a driven, people-first Licensed Insurance Agent to join our Miami Beach team. You’ll serve a diverse book of clients — from homeowners and drivers to local business owners — helping each one find the right coverage for their unique situation. What You’ll Do
∙ Advise clients on home, auto, and commercial insurance coverage
∙ Sell and service policies across all three lines with professionalism and care
∙ Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, drivers, and business clients
∙ Assess individual and business risk to recommend the most suitable solutions
∙ Guide clients through the claims process from start to finish
∙ Collaborate closely with a supportive, tight-knit team
What We’re Looking For
∙ Valid state-issued insurance license (required)
∙ Experience or strong interest in home, auto, and commercial lines
∙ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∙ Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping people
∙ Background in sales, finance, or insurance (preferred, not required)
∙ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
∙ Based in or able to commute to Miami Beach, FL
