We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Producer for a full-time, on-site role at our Miami, FL office. The role involves generating and nurturing client relationships, assessing business insurance needs, and selling tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored consultations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client satisfaction while achieving sales targets and adhering to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and expertise in general Insurance policies and solutions
- Strong proficiency in Communication and the ability to deliver clear, effective messaging
- Customer Service experience in professional and business-related environments
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to assess and provide appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant state insurance licensing
