Job Description:
As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member at Bell Lawn Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our clients' outdoor spaces. You will work within a dedicated team to perform a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and performing general landscape maintenance duties. Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing and trimming to ensure lawns are neat and well-groomed.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks within designated timelines and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
