Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Belchertown, MA, for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The Account Manager will handle the day-to-day operations of commercial client accounts, including policy reviews, renewals, and endorsements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with insurance claims. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with company underwriters to secure the best coverage for clients.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Insurance products and industry regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with AMS 360 is a plus
- Prior experience in commercial insurance is preferred
- Licensed Insurance Agent certification is a required
