JOB SUMMARY
Bell Fuels Service Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Client Relations Coordinator II to drive new business development, maintain strong client relationships, and enhance our sales process. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the Revenue Coordinator to develop effective pricing strategies..

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the fuel delivery and related industries.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Qualify and verify sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress in CRM software.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during onboarding.
- Provide detailed product and service information to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work closely with the Revenue Coordinator to develop and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to help refine service offerings and pricing structures.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Track sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends, providing reports to management.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (fuel industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research, identify, and engage potential clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively
