Bell Ford Lincoln in Adrian, Michigan is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our parts department. The ideal candidate is an established dealership parts professional who is committed to accurate, prompt, and courteous service for both customers and technicians.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter, in person and by telephone.
- Look up, quote, and order parts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prioritize parts requests to support the efficient operation of the service department.
- Contribute to the achievement of the dealership’s customer satisfaction objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Prior dealership parts counter experience is required.
- Proficiency with parts lookup and inventory systems, as well as general computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid Michigan driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of $40,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
