We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee management consulting and staff augmentation contracts supporting federal clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience planning, directing, and managing management consulting and staff augmentation contracts of comparable size and complexity.
- Proven experience across multiple labor categories, either through direct hands-on performance or by managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively — both orally and in writing — to senior executives and high-level government leadership.
- Strong understanding of federal contract management, compliance, quality control, and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will:
- Provide overall project management leadership for all task orders issued under the contract.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and Board staff.
- Oversee end-to-end project coordination, including task delegation and resource alignment.
- Review, collect, and submit candidate resumes in response to task order requirements.
- Ensure rigorous quality control across all deliverables and contract activities.
- Deliver regular status reports covering completed work, upcoming efforts, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, ensuring on-time and compliant delivery.
This role requires a strategic leader who can operate confidently at the executive level while maintaining hands-on oversight of day-to-day contract performance.
