JOB SUMMARY:
The production lead is responsible for overseeing the Spider Lead area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Department setup and tear down
• Ensure department needs are met during shift
• Communicate well with team members and ensure that their needs are met
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure KPI’s are being met
• Monitor quality and food safety standards are being met
• Maintain department efficiencies
• Make decisions about day-to-day operations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support supervisor in communicating Company’s vision, policies, and procedures to team members. Monitor team member job performance and communicate expectations to team member and keep supervisor informed of each team member’s job performance.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or manufacturing experience performing similar roles
• Experience or training in area sanitation, food safety, or quality-based experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
