What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager - Full Time position at Bell Electric?
The ideal candidate will be someone who has prior experience managing a small business office. Someone who is comfortable on the phone, prompt in their customer interactions, and willing to learn about what we do here (fix electrical problems!).
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and emails, processing payables and receivables, payroll, bookkeeping, and other admin tasks as assigned.

QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
