Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, RCT, crowns, dentures, extractions and implants with precision and care.
  • Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, dental charts, and radiographs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure instructions clearly to patients.
  • Administer oral surgery procedures such as dental extractions and root canal therapy while maintaining aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation and update electronic health records using practice management software like Opendental.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and ensure safety standards are met.

Requirements

  • Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
  • Proven experience in general dentistry, with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, or oral surgery considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with dental office software such as Opendental for charting and record management.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques.
  • Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to pediatric patients when necessary.
  • Commitment to infection control standards and aseptic techniques in all clinical procedures.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience handling medical documentation accurately.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
