Duties
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel between job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting to ensure smooth and durable surfaces.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for formwork construction, rebar installation, and concrete finishing tasks.
- Set up and dismantle formwork, metal stud framing, and other structural components following blueprint specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, concrete bags, and form panels while maintaining proper safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to construction safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating construction vehicles or trucks is a plus. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferable to haul our largest trailers, but not required.
- Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of concrete work, carpentry, or renovation preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and concrete mixers.
- Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and the importance of safety protocol adherence.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring techniques, and finishing processes such as caulking or tile laying is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
