We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This position requires a valid ServSafe Manager certification and prior kitchen leadership experience. The ideal candidate will balance a passion for food quality with strict operational discipline, ensuring high culinary standards, optimized food costs, and absolute compliance with health and sanitation regulations.

Pay: $54,856.52 - $66,063.76 per year
