Pay: $49,560.00 – $79,620.00 per year (base salary monthly performance incentive)

Bell Chevrolet Cadillac is a family-run dealership with deep roots in our community, and our service drive is the heart of the store. We're looking for an experienced advisor who already knows the rhythm of a busy drive and wants a place to do their best work, build a loyal customer base, and actually be rewarded for it.
What your day looks like
You're the face of our service department — the person customers trust the moment they pull in. On a typical day you'll:
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write accurate, complete repair orders
- Build honest estimates and walk customers through their options without the pressure-sell
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and keep jobs moving
- Keep customers updated on status and completion times, start to finish
- Present multi-point inspection findings and recommend the maintenance their vehicle actually needs
- Make sure every customer leaves satisfied and ready to come back
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer at a dealership or repair facility (this is a role for someone who's done it before)
- Strong customer-service and communication skills — you can explain a repair in plain English
- Comfortable with dealership service software and general computer use
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid Michigan driver's license
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Automotive Dealer Management software experience
- Manufacturer (GM) or ASE training
- A genuine interest in vehicles
