Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example in the field, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: $30/hr (depends on experience!)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to completion
- Ensure all systems are installed to company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications
- Properly connect HVAC components including electrical, gas, refrigerant lines, and venting systems
- Oversee jobsite quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service and address homeowner questions during installations
- Maintain responsibility for company vehicle, tools, parts, and inventory
- Accurately document job details and completion reports
- Follow all local codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members while also leading installation efforts
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong leadership ability and experience guiding installation crews
- Solid technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Dependable, safety-focused, and professional work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and priorities
