What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations
- Communicate clearly with building managers, business owners, and internal teams
- Provide accurate recommendations and explain repair needs professionally
- Complete all service documentation, notes, and reports
- Ensure work meets company, industry, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification required; journeyman licensing a plus
