Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a luxury-level service experience
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and explain recommended repairs
- Write accurate repair orders and coordinate with technicians
- Provide timely updates on vehicle status and additional needs
- Recommend maintenance and additional services professionally and ethically
- Process invoices, warranty paperwork, and payments accurately
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer (dealership preferred)
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
- Tekion software experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume service environment
- Valid driver’s license required
