• $1,000 Base Salary 50% new business commissions paid out on the 20th of every month (opportunity to grow to full time, with a salary increase)

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance outreach and brand visibility
• Support benefits administration processes related to client onboarding and ongoing account management

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Solid analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
• Effective sales administration capabilities, including CRM management and documentation
• Ability to perform telemarketing activities ethically and professionally while maintaining compliance with industry standards
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Familiarity with marketing principles to support outreach initiatives
