Plumbing Field Supervisor - New Construction and Remodel

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple plumbing job sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing crews across several locations, coordinating manpower and resources, tracking inventory, and maintaining strict adherence to project schedules. You will work closely with project managers, foremen, and field technicians to deliver high-quality plumbing installations, repairs, and service work while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise multiple plumbing job sites at the same time
• Maintain or beat project schedules through effective planning and execution
• Lead, motivate, and manage plumbing crews (manpower allocation and scheduling)
• Oversee material and inventory management to minimize waste and downtime
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions quickly
• Conduct regular site visits, quality control checks, and safety audits

Requirements / Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (journeyman level preferred)
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple job sites simultaneously
• Strong track record of keeping or beating project schedules and budgets
• Experience managing manpower, scheduling, and crew productivity
• Solid knowledge of plumbing inventory control and material ordering
• Thorough understanding of Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and plumbing plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
