What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Superintendent position at Belisle Construction, Inc.?
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Enforce quality control to the clients expectations
- Maintain project schedule throughout varying circumstances and conditions
- Must be willing to travel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Restaurant construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be familiar in all aspects of ground up, remodel and tenant fit out construction
- Must be familiar in site work and utility work
- Travel throughout Wisconsin is a plus

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
