Through hands-on experience, mentoring, and training, the incumbent develops the knowledge and skills necessary to progress into increasingly responsible Trade Compliance roles.

The base pay for this position ranges from $28 - $32 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. What You'll Do
- Perform routine import entry data audits using established audit procedures and document findings for review.
- Review customs entry documentation for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Maintain trade compliance records and electronic filing systems in accordance with company record retention requirements.
- Monitor shared Trade Compliance email inbox and route requests to the appropriate team member.
- Track corrective actions resulting from import entry audits and follow up with brokers or internal stakeholders as directed.
- Cross-train on various Trade Compliance processes to support business continuity.
- Assist with preparing reports for Customs brokers, Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics.
- High School Diploma Required
- Currently pursuing or interested in pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Exposure to import/export documentation or transportation operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset but is not required.
- Minimal travel (0–5%).
- In office for the first 12 months with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after full training.
