Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000 - $135,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. What You'll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with procurement, customizing, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping.
- Implement and improve warehouse layout, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage warehouse budget and control costs effectively.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager, Transportation and Trade and support any projects or initiatives related to the warehouse operations
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment.
- SAP and EWM System experience
