Job Responsibilities
- Answers phones at the front desk using a friendly and calm manner while directing them to the proper Belimo department or employee.
- Serves visitors by welcoming, verifying, and notifying Belimo personnel.
- Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges using the SINE software.
- Provides administrative support as required.
- Communicates any safety concerns or irregularities at the front desk to Belimo security.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the reception guide.
- Maintains the appearance of the lobby and front entrance, including but not limited to office plants and seasonal décor.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assists with travel arrangements as needed.
- 3 years of reception experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Must be proficient using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
- Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail and time management are essential.
- Must be self-motivated and a fast learner.
- Familiarity with phone systems a plus.
- This is a desk-intensive position with scheduled breaks.
- Required hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
