What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter (Temp) position at BELIMO Automation AG?
The Recruiter (Temp) is responsible for supporting the recruitment for Belimo Americas personnel and managing the administrative processes associated with the Talent Acquisition process. This role requires a well-organized, self-motivated, forward-thinking individual with ability to work well with others to accomplish goals and objectives while covering for the duties of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner while on leave.
What You'll Do
Maintain timely and accurate candidate and requisition information within our ATS platform, SuccessFactors.
Forward relevant and qualified applications to Hiring Managers or disqualify, as needed.
Post new positions to external and internal websites, and share with external recruitment partners as necessary
Prescreening of new applicants to the recruitment process via phone or video before scheduling 1st round interviews with hiring manager
Proactive candidate management for all professional level positions with a heavy emphasis on administrative scheduling of multi-round interviews with one or multiple interviewers at both regional and global level.
Coordination of travel arrangements for final interviews in Danbury, as needed.
Build interview itineraries, reserve conference rooms, and ensure smooth day-of interview process
Submit any visitors to external visitor system (SINE) and communicate with reception appropriately
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs of the department and position directly
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques, including passive candidates with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles
Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are provided regular and timely updates on the recruitment process.
Administer Caliper testing, analyze results and review with hiring managers
Offer and Post-Offer Process
Work with HR Leadership and team to ensure verbal and written offer is accurate, equitable and within Belimo standards. Negotiate terms, as needed.
Ensure applicant has signed and returned all required onboarding documentation, inclusive of employee photo, and share with HR team to ensure smooth pre-employment background screening process.
Additional administrative tasks include, but not limited to: draft new hire and promotion announcements and distribute, applicant reimbursements to accounting, ordering of New Hire Gifts, providing applicant sizing to Marketing for remote-Sales hires, creating monthly jobs slide for company view.
Who You Are
3-5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, ideally within a technical or engineering-related industry
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field strongly preferred
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors a plus)
Proficient with MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
