Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, flooring, and general repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and promptly address minor issues.
Safely operate hand and power tools as well as other maintenance equipment.
Assist with HVAC upkeep, including regular filter changes.
Support overall facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of maintenance experience (nursing home experience preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of painting, plumbing, and general repair work.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
