- Maintain product quality Ensure waffles meet texture, appearance, and weight standards
- Support production efficiency Minimize downtime and maintain smooth workflow during production runs
- Train kitchen staff Assist in teaching production procedures and quality standards
- Monitor ingredients and batching Ensure recipes and measurements remain consistent across production
- Early morning shifts may be required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Full-time schedule required
- Commercial baking or food production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
