Belgian Tree Service is expanding our team and are specifically looking for seasoned professionals like you who have extensive experience in the tree care industry.
If you're a skilled climber, certified arborist, or an expert in the tree space with a passion for what you do, I want to hear from you. We're looking for a Climbers, Bucket Truck/Arial Lift Operator, Groundsman, and an Estimator. Positions range in pay between $20-$40 Hourly, and our Sales position is commission plus hourly based!
*CDL Liscense is preferred. If thats the only thing holding you back, we'll pay for your training!

As a Tree Service Estimator/Sales Representative:
You will be responsible for visiting clients on-site to assess their tree care needs, providing detailed and accurate estimates, and closing sales to secure new business. Your role will involve evaluating property trees, preparing estimates, and presenting them to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Assessments: Visit client properties to evaluate trees and determine the scope of work needed, including trimming, pruning, removal, and other tree care services.
- Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates based on the assessment of each job, including labor, equipment, and material costs.
- Client Presentations: Present estimates to clients clearly and professionally, explaining the proposed services, costs, and benefits to ensure they understand the value and necessity of the work.
- Sales Closure: Address any client questions or concerns, negotiate terms as needed, and close deals to secure contracts for tree services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and client interactions. Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitors to provide competitive and relevant estimates.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with estimating software or tools used in preparing quotes.
Note: While experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for the outdoors.
