Full-Time Leasing Agent – Arlo West End
Arlo West End is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury property management with the potential for long-term placement.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Tuesday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 4 PM)
- Compensation: Competitive base pay commission opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate leasing terms to prospective residents
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process applications, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork
- Maintain a strong understanding of the community and surrounding market
- Provide excellent customer service to both current and prospective residents
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional demeanor with a passion for real estate and property management
