Role Description
The Proposal Writer role is a full-time position located on-site in Birmingham, MI. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the proposal development process, coordinating with various departments to gather accurate information, and aligning responses with proposal requirements. Duties include writing and editing proposals, managing Requests for Proposal (RFP), ensuring compliance with requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation. Other responsibilities include completing many Vendor Applications and Client Renewal Forms of various lengths and complexities.
This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Proposal Writing, Proposal Management, and handling RFPs
- Strong Technical Writing and Communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in document management and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
