Front Desk Receptionist – Upscale Dealership

Are you a people-person with great organizational skills? BelFlex is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a professional first impression while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Location: West Little Rock, AR
Pay: $15/HR
Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Every 4th Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and a smile

• Direct visitors and handle incoming calls with ease

• Keep the reception area neat and inviting

• Provide helpful information in person, by phone, and through email

• Manage daily mail and deliveries

• Assist with light administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette

• Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)

• Professional, polished appearance

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• A proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screen
