Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Owner Driver Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently operating your own commercial vehicle to transport freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. Duties

• Safely operate your own tractor-trailer or commercial vehicle, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized freight carriers.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
• Execute route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules, traffic laws, and safety regulations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns before each trip.
• Manage documentation related to freight movement, including delivery manifests, load sheets, and delivery logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues encountered during transit.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to promote safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on commercial driving environments; previous delivery driver experience is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred.
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles; experience with tractor-trailers required.
• Familiarity with handling various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using equipment like forklifts or manual methods when necessary.
• Strong knowledge of route driving principles and traffic laws across different regions.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week
