Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in administration from an accredited college or university.
- Valid New Mexico Administrator’s License.
- Minimum three years supervisory experience.
- Minimum five years combined special education. teacher/educational administrator experience.
- Able to demonstrate proficient application of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with special need children.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated understanding of curriculum; instructional delivery systems; and assessment.
- Embraces and encourages diversity.
- Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in administrative leadership, curriculum, and supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to provide an environment and climate where creativity, risk-taking and experimentation are shared by all stakeholders.
Salary : $85,000
