The Retail Field Merchandiser will support grocery stores across multiple nearby markets through regional travel, ensuring products are attractively presented, planograms are followed, and merchandising programs are executed effectively. Reporting to the Field Merchandising Manager, this role will coordinate with store staff, manage retailer partnerships, and independently resolve merchandising issues.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned grocery stores throughout the region and nearby markets.
- Execute product merchandising activities in accordance with program standards.
- Ensure planogram compliance and accurately interpret merchandising layouts.
- Coordinate with store staff to complete assigned merchandising tasks.
- Manage retailer partnerships and maintain positive store relationships.
- Resolve merchandising issues independently and escalate matters when appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate field reports using mobile reporting applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in retail merchandising.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret planograms.
- Experience using mobile reporting applications.
- Strong communication skills.
