Duties

Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a high-volume culinary environment such as fine dining restaurants or catering services
- Extensive banquet experience with knowledge of large-scale food production for events
- Strong background in dietary department operations, including accommodating special dietary needs
- Demonstrated expertise in food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and kitchen management best practices
- Experience managing inventory control systems, cost control measures, and menu planning processes
- Leadership experience managing teams as a chef or culinary supervisor in the food industry
