We are seeking a dedicated full-time Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our team at our Clearwater, FL location. In this on-site role, you will provide medical care and treatment to a variety of animal patients, including conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, performing surgeries, and providing dental care and preventive treatments. You will also communicate effectively with pet owners to educate them about treatment options, collaborate with veterinary technicians, and ensure the highest level of care.
- Expertise in veterinary medicine, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as digital radiology (full body & dental) and in-house laboratory equipment
- Skill in preventive care, routine check-ups, and vaccinations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide education on pet care
- Ability to care for a variety of animals, including exotic pets
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary college
- Valid veterinary license to practice in Florida
