Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Experience working with minimal supervision
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to read, understand and follow test instructions including technical drawings and testing process documents
• The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8 hours a day is required
• Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, running multiple electrical test machines or equipment simultaneously
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
  
  

Physical Demands:

• This position is located on a large Client campus that employs over 4,500 employees across 21 buildings on a 304-acre site. The role requires the ability to walk long distances between buildings and work areas throughout the day.
• In addition, the position requires the following physical capabilities:
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment weighing up to 25 - 55 pounds as needed
• Manual dexterity to handle tools, test equipment, and small components
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production or test environment
• Visual acuity to read test instructions, technical drawings, and digital displays
