Job Overview

:The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for leading intricate analyses to ensure our products will meet customer requirements. This role requires rigorous application of structural mechanics while adhering to manufacturing, testing, and quality best practices. The Senior Structural Engineer will engage in problem-solving daily and regularly present results to internal and external stakeholders

Duties and Responsibilitie

s:* Perform critical thermomechanical analyses of complex aerospace hardware through commercial analysis packages and hand calculations, working closely with the design team to rapidly iterate on new product developme

nt* Peer review analyses produced by other structures engineers and subcontracto

rs* Liaise with customer on heat exchanger requiremen

ts* Generate technical reviews, reports, and other engineering documentati

on* Champion process improvement activities related to structural analys

is* Review and approve design changes and test procedur

es* Support disposition of technical issues which occur during manufacturi

ng* Support customer reviews and inbound reques

ts* Support proposals and future product developme
